The #1 thing to hit your fitness goal

What is the #1 thing you need to do in order to hit your fitness goal?


This is the #1 Get It Done principle for a REASON and not for the reason most think. Of course, when it comes to a fitness program you need to show up to your workouts and you need to show up for nourishing your body with good nutrition. Since our main focus is finding your connection to a fitness lifestyle, showing up is MUCH bigger.

You can show up to all the workouts and do all the meal prep. until you CAN'T! Until you become exhausted, give up, and eventually go back to old habits. OR maybe you just do not do anything at all because it ALL seems so hard.

You will never get to where you want to be if you keep giving up and stop SHOWING up for yourself. Do you blame people for your circumstances? Do you support other people? Are you trying to move forward in your life but just staying stagnant? Are you trying to be everything to everyone but not yourself?

DO YOU TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF? (This is where it ALL starts.)

One thing I tell all the girls I coach is do not expect others to SHOW UP for you if you:

A. Do not show up for yourself and B. Do not show up for others (from supporting the girls in our group, your co-workers, your family and friends etc.). God, Universe, Spirit is funny that way.... you GET what you GIVE to yourself.

How you SHOW UP for yourself and others, will ABSOLUTELY open or close avenues in your own life. Pay attention to your behaviors.

What does this have to do with fitness? EVERYTHING.
